We'll do our best to fulfill your order at the time you request. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our prep — last-minute changes may not always be possible.
Our flavor lineup and prices reflect what's fresh and in season. We update both regularly as ingredients change. If a flavor you've ordered is sold out, we'll recommend the closest, most delicious alternative.
Want a bespoke flavor or special gelato creation? We're happy to work with you — just ask at least a week ahead and we may request a deposit to secure your order. Let us know early if plans change and we'll do our best to help.
